ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
We, reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity of items ordered.
If you provide any wrong information that then needs to be changed after you place an order, we may request additional funds in order to do this. Once your order has been sent out (posted/shipped) and any details given were incorrect resulting in a ‘return to sender’, additional postage costs will apply.
If you wish to cancel the order once it has been placed, a restocking fee will be charged.
Conditions
We assume that all customers have obtained a prescription from a registered Australian medical practitioner before importing our products for personal use under the Personal Importation Scheme.
